Cleaning rates for move in’s and move outs are determined by how many rooms to be cleaned and how many items that needs to be removed such as trash, furniture etc. The condition of the home will also be observed and will determine the final pricing of the cleaning. Regular homes and apartment cleanings are priced by how many rooms and/or what the customer needs to be cleaned.
